Brief Job Description
A site clerk is responsible for general office functions as required for the efficient administration, including but not limited to:
- Organizing accommodation for contractors
- Liaising with all mining departments
- Filing and archiving
- Organizing travel arrangements
- Creating purchase orders and ordering supplies in SAP system
- Liaising with labor hire companies
Skills, Training, Experience?
- A willingness to do FIFO, DIDO rosters
- Previous site experience (contractor or owner operated)
- Have a current SII
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
